Just let us know what you would like on the candle and we will draft up a design.

 

THEN...

We prepare a design incorporating the elements you have chosen. This is emailed back to you for your approval together with a full quote and payment options.

PLEASE NOTE: Some mail servers and programs automatically place emails containing images into the JUNK or TRASH folders, so please check these as well for your proofs.

PAYMENT

We require full payment before commencing work on your candle.

We accept credit card over the phone, Money Orders by post or direct bank deposit.

Before processing your payment, however, we make sure you are 100% happy with the design.

ORDER TIMES

Please allow approx. 10-14 working days for production of your candle(s) following payment. Please also allow for delivery time. However, we can provide an express service for those who have left it to the last minute - please contact us to discuss.

For larger orders of multiple candles such as bomboniere, event or gift candles, please allow at least 3 - 4 weeks.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Postage & packaging is an additional charge. We now send everything by Registered Mail or Express Next Day Delivery. We favour Express Post to QLD, NT & WA during the summer months due to the long transit times.

SENDING IMAGES

If you have an image or photo you would like incorporated into your design, it must be supplied in a TIFF or a PDF file format at 300dpi. These can be emailed directly to us. Due to copyright laws, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have the relevant permission to use the image.
