Personalised Printed Candles

Every care is taken to ensure that you get exactly what you want when you order our personalised candles. By approving the proof print, you accept responsibiliy for any errors in the text and/or design.

Shipping & Returns

Great care will be taken to ensure the successful delivery of your order. Australia Post shipping tables are used to calculate the exact cost of freight.

International Orders

Candles Online reserve the right to refuse to process certain international orders if it believes that there may be the possibility of fraud. We accept no responsibility for damages or loss of goods once goods have left Australia and therefore cannot offer refunds or replacements in the event of international postage failings. We retain careful records of postage here in Australia. If ordering internationally please choose carefully.

Product Variation

Slight variation in the colour and finish of hand made products is an inherent part of the process and we accept no liability for these variations. Purchasers must accept that these differences are not defects, but a natural characteristic of hand crafted products.
